A Telegram bot that sells social media services: users order followers, likes or views for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook in a few taps, and the bot places the order with supplier panels automatically. Full admin panel inside Telegram, 500+ users.
Project Overview
The client sells social media services, but website-based SMM panels confused ordinary customers and most order handling was manual. The goal was to move the whole purchase flow into Telegram and make it simple enough for anyone to order without instructions.
The bot walks users through each order step by step (platform, service type, service, quantity), places it with a supplier panel automatically, and refunds the balance if an order fails. The client manages everything from an admin panel inside Telegram.
The first version launched in two weeks and has received regular updates since. Today it has 500+ users and active sales.

Technical Implementation
Fully asynchronous with aiogram 3 and aiomysql. Money is handled with Decimal to avoid rounding errors.
Supplier panels are configured in the database, so adding or changing one needs no restart. Admin access is multi-level, and schema changes ship as versioned migrations.
